Today is Richard's birthday so yesterday I baked him a cake! It was pretty hard because of the kitchen here in my dorm and everything, but it worked out pretty well. I had some trouble with the baking time/temperature but in the end I think it tasted pretty good :) The recipe is from Ina Garten. The cake is just a yellow birthday cake and the frosting is vanilla cream cheese - I think the frosting was the highlight.
