Dorm Room Cooking

Living in a dorm doesn't give you very many options for cooking your own meals, so I usually don't. But on Friday night Richard and I really wanted something tasty, so this is what we came up with. (It is Richard's creation, by the way, inspired by our trip to Italy this summer!)

Rosemary Olive Oil Focaccia with Pesto, Prosciutto, Tomato, and Mozarella
